Grassroots and Club Hockey Suspended for Foreseeable Future

Taunton Vale Hockey Club are currently at Stage 4 return to hockey. We are continuing our work to ensure the club confirms to the Covid secure guidelines, published by England hockey
If you haven't done so already please follow the below link to complete the essential England Hockey Participation Agreement for either yourself or your child. Particants will not be able to train/play if you have not completed this. Can you please ensure you have evidence this form has been completed and bring it with you to all training sessions/games.

For any other grievances, in the first instance, players / members should contact their team captain, or respective Players Representative.
